7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Massage treatments must be booked at least two days in advance.
• The daily set-menu breakfast will be served from 7am until 10.30am at di Mare.
• The daily cocktail can be served at di Mare or Karma Beach and can be any choice from a selected cocktail list.
• 3 Monkeys Kids’ Club is available for children aged 4 to 12 and is open 10am until 5pm daily. Those aged under 4 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Children dine free from the kids’ menu with a full-paying adult or during meal inclusions.
• The compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner fee only includes meals.
• Transfer for the three-bedroom package is valid for up to six guests only.
• A deposit guarantee is required upon check-in to cover additional expenses.
• Hill Tram access to Karma Beach Bali is currently unavailable as the tracks undergo remedial and safety works. These are scheduled for completion at the end of August 2023. Complimentary return shuttle services to Melasti Beach are available.
• The new Melasti pathway linking the drop-off point to Le Club 22 is also available.

One-Way Private Airport Transfer

Inclusions:

• One-way private airport pick-up.
• English-speaking driver.
• Airport parking and toll fees are covered.
• A 330ml bottle of water per person.

Fine Print:

• Our local team will be in touch within 1-2 business days to book in your desired date.
• A three-seater passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage, whereas a six-seater passenger car can fit six pieces.
• The infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests are allowed to bring their own.
• The driver will wait for up to one hour. After then, the airport transfer will be considered cancelled.
