Ideally positioned on calm Kaimana Beach, the boutique Kaimana Beach Hotel is a short distance away from the iconic Diamond Head mountain, central Waikiki, and an array of local restaurants and cafés. The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 30 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at only on Grab and Go breakfast at Sunset Provisions.
• Beach Candy Waikiki Credits: The included credits must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at only on at Beach Candy Waikiki. May be redeemed for watersports rental and beach rentals, including beach chairs and umbrellas, beginner surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, snorkel sets, coolers and more. Beach Candy Waikiki is located inside the Twin Fin Hotel at 2570 Kalākaua Ave #112.
• Please note that the included guaranteed room upgrades are final and guests are not entitled to any further upgrades at check-in.
• Daily cocktail is from a set menu. Pau Hana at Kaimana is open from 2pm–5pm daily.
• Resort fee includes Hawaiian cultural classes, wellness offerings, cruiser bike rentals, concierge and pre-arrival services, use of towels, chairs, and reef-safe sunscreen, high-speed Wi-Fi, daily in-room still and sparkling water and daily housekeeping service.

Return Shared Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Shared return shuttle transfers from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) via air-conditioned vehicle with comfortable leather seating.
• You will be required to provide your transfer information directly to info@flyshuttletours.com after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Full name of lead traveller
  • Airline and flight number
  • Arrival time and date
  • Hotel address
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided this information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight departure.
• A child or booster seat can be requested at time of booking for a surcharge from US$25 per seat, pay way, payable directly to Fly Shuttle & Tours.
• Transfers can accommodate up to two pieces of luggage per person. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• Please note, driver tips and gratuities are not included.
• Available every day on request: 5am–10pm. Shuttle runs every 60 minutes (approximately)
• Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly
• Fly Shuttle & Tours is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agreed date.
• The passenger(s) assumes full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee from US$100 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fees may apply, from US$250.
• Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited.
