Getting to Abu Dhabi is easy. Regular flights are available with Virgin Australia, Etihad and more, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of 14 hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 11 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 10 hours), Dubai (approx drive time of 1.5 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 7 hours).

The resort is approximately 40 minutes’ drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport. An airport pick-up service is included in VIP Upgrade and Villa Upgrade packages only. Transfers will be with a third party provider. See ‘Fine Print’ for booking details. An airport drop-off service can be arranged directly with the hotel on request (additional costs apply).

Airport transfers are not included in Desert Escape packages. Please contact the hotel directly if you would like to arrange these (additional costs apply).

Bookings made by residents of any other countries will not be accepted. If a purchase is completed and Luxury Escapes or the hotel / resort subsequently determines that a purchase was made by a resident of a country which is not eligible to purchase, that purchase will be cancelled and a full refund given.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

One complimentary change of date in accordance with Luxury Escapes policy is permitted. A fee of US$50 will apply for each additional name or date change, payable directly to the hotel.

Arabian Deluxe, Arabian Deluxe Desert View & One Bedroom Pool Villa – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is  two adults and one child or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest  Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AED325 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a rollaway bed with daily breakfast, nightly dinner and Sinbad’s Kids Club access included. An airport pick up is also included for children staying in the Arabian Deluxe Desert View rooms and One Bedroom Pool Villas only.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Private Airport Transfers (VIP Upgrade & Villa Upgrade packages only): Guests staying in an Arabian Deluxe Desert View room or a One Bedroom Pool Villa will receive a private airport pick-up service on arrival. Transfers are not included for any other guests. Transfers will be provided by Arabian Adventures and cannot be booked via the hotel. In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact Arabian Adventures directly via email at aaregion1@emirates.com. You will need to provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 72 hours prior to arrival):

• Flights details

Transfers are from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH). A supplement applies for transfers from Dubai (DXB) payable direct to Arabian Adventures. Please enquire directly with Arabian Adventures for more information.

Flight Credit Information: Flights must be booked with Luxury Escapes online or via our contact centre to be eligible for this offer. Discount applied is per person for adults and children, infants are excluded for this offer. Your purchase must be completed before 5pm 27th of November to be eligible. Cash back will be processed back to the same method of payment within 6 weeks of the campaign finishing.
