Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

No worries…**You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Waikiki Room, Mountain View Room & Ocean View Room – Packages are valid for two people.

Bedding configuration is two double beds or one king (subject to availability).

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three  people. See the ‘Extra Guest  Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 18 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of USD109.21per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: One child (aged 17 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation only.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

A limited number of connecting rooms are available, subject to availability.
