7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Included resort credit can be used towards De Cortez Grill & Restaurant surcharges, room service surcharges, bottles of wine and spa services of 50 minutes or more. The credit may not be combined with any other promotion and does not apply to spa packages or beauty salon services. Gratuities are not included. Any unused portion of the credit is nontransferable, nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Tomates. A la carte breakfast is served at De Cortez Grill (adults-only) for a surcharge of US$10.
• Daily buffet lunch is served at Tomates. A la carte dining is available at Las Sirenas Restaurant, Tortugas Beach Club and La Tahona Taqueria.
• Nightly dinner is served at Pomodoro Mediterranean Trattoria, Pitahayas Restaurant, La Tahona Taqueria, El Canto de las Sirenas and La Terraza del Santo Sushi Bar. De Cortez Grill (adults-only) incurs a surcharge of US$35.
• Unlimited coffee is served at El Molino Coffee Shop. Girasoles Bar, De Cortez Restaurant and Ice Cream & Creperie are not included.
• Free-flow drinks are served by the glass at Las Sirenas Bar, Tortugas Bar, Sports Bar, El Santo al revés, Juice Bar and Delfines Bar (adults-only). Bottles of wine and liquor are not included. Drinks not listed on the all-inclusive beverage list are subject to an additional charge.
• The beach is not swimmable.
• Room service is limited to one order free of charge. Additional orders and orders between 10 pm and 6:59 am are subject to a US$10 delivery fee per room, per order.
• All-inclusive also includes access to the fully-equipped fitness centre and all taxes and service charges.
• For additional guests in Hacienda and Cabo Guest Room One King, please reach out to the resort at the earliest convenience to request a rollaway bed. Rollaways are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
• 10% discount at Cabo de Sol golf course applies to all tee times and can be applied to multiple bookings during your visit.
• Kids’ club is open from 10am to 5pm for children aged 4 to 12.
• For packages with return shared airport transfers, please arrange directly with the concierge department prior to arrival. If a family wishes to use a car seat, they will be charged US$22 for a round trip. If a car seat is not available, one can be requested from the rental company for an additional cost of US$10 for a round trip.
• 12pm early check-in is subject to availability, however guests will have guaranteed all-inclusive benefits from 12pm, regardless of room availability.
• 3pm late check out is subject to availability, however guests will have guaranteed all-inclusive benefits until 3pm, regardless of room availability.
