Iconic attractions such as the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell can be reached in under 30 minutes by car or metro. Casa Batlló and the Cathedral of Barcelona are just a 10-minute walk away, and the city’s beaches are within a short drive. The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Novecento from 7.30am to 10.30am.
• Welcome drink is served at the front desk and is a glass of cava, juice or water.
• Guests also receive a drink voucher upon check-in that can be used at El Jardí or Lluna Rooftop and is a choice between wine, beer or a soft drink.
• Bar service at Lluna Rooftop is only available during summer.

Montserrat Tour Inclusions & Fine Print (upgraded packages only):

• Includes: Cogwheel train ride on the Montserrat Rack Railway, walking tour of Montserrat, access to the basilica and Black Madonna, tasting of four local liquors, entrance to the “Espai Audio Visual” exhibition in Montserrat, transportation throughout the tour via air-conditioned coach, local guide, radio guide system and return transfers from a central Barcelona pick-up point.

• Includes: Admission to the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, admission to Park Güell, elevator ride up one of the towers (one-way only), transfer from Park Güell to Sagrada Familia, local English-speaking guide and radio guide system.

• Present printed or smartphone booking confirmation on arrival.
• Departure is from Gaudi Experience – Carrer de Larrard, 41, Gràcia, 08024 Barcelona.
• Tours are available every day, departing at 11am.
• The duration of the tour includes transportation.
• Children aged 0–5 may travel free of charge, however, are not permitted up the towers.
• You will visit the towers without your guide.
• Please note, included elevator trip is one-way only – you will have to walk down the stairs in Sagrada Familia.
• Those with reduced mobility, vertigo or cardiovascular diseases are not permitted up the towers.
• For safety reasons, tower access is closed on rainy and windy days.
• Sagrada Familia reserves the right to refuse admission. Bags, rucksacks, luggage and personal items will be checked at the entrance.
• Your guide will have one ticket for the whole group and you must enter together. Late arrival to the meeting point will result in loss of the tour, as the same tickets cannot be validated again at the Sagrada Familia entrance.
• Admission to Gaudi’s Museum House is not included in this tour.
• Food, drinks and other services not specified above are not included in the tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors.
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off are not included in the tour
• Dress Code: As this site is a Catholic church, a dress code applies. All visitors (men and women) must cover knees and shoulders. Visitors cannot enter barefoot or with flip-flops. No see-through clothing, plunging necklines, exposed backs or bellies. No hats allowed inside the nave or the museum except for religious, health or belief-related reasons.
