Galley Bay Resort & Spa is located in Five Islands Village on the northwest coast of Antigua, nestled between powdery sands and lush tropical gardens. Popular attractions like Nelson’s Dockyard Marina and Shirley Heights Lookout are just a short drive away.

The resort is located approximately a 20-minute drive from VC Bird International Airport (ANU). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Child Policy: Guests under 18 are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Tourism Tax: Please note a US$5 tourism tax per person, per night applies, payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is available at Sea Grape Restaurant & Bar from 7:00am – 10:30am, Gaugin Restaurant & Bar from 8:00am – 10:00am and Upcycle Cafe from 7:00 am – 10:30pm.
• Daily lunch is available at Sea Grape Restaurant & Bar from 12:00pm – 2:30pm, Gaugin Restaurant & Bar from 12:00pm – 3:30pm and Barefoot Grill from 12:00pm to 5:30pm.
• Nightly dinner is available at Sea Grape Restaurant & Bar from 6:30pm – 10:30pm and Gaugin Restaurant & Bar from 6:30pm or 10:00pm.
• Unlimited free-flow drinks are available at Tee Pee Bar, Rum Shack, Upcycle Cafe, Sea Grape Restaurant & Bar, Gaugin Restaurant & Bar and Barefoot Grill. Drinks are limited to local drinks and select international drinks. Bottled wines and champagnes are not included.
• Spa Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Indulge Spa. Credit cannot be combined with any other offer. No minimum spend applies.
• Please note, a surcharge of US$50 per guest applies when dining at Ismay’s Restaurant & Bar. For the one-time dining experience at Ismay’s Restaurant & Bar, the US$50 surcharge is waived.
• One-time dining experience at Ismay’s Restaurant & Bar includes a sunset cocktail per adult and a multi-course meal. Please arrange your preferred evening at the front desk or concierge upon arrival.
• Advance booking is required for Gauguin Restaurant and Ismay’s Restaurant & Bar.

Resort’s Dining Dress Code – Elegant Casual

• Daytime (before 6.30pm): Covered dry swimwear and footwear are required in all dining areas.
• Evening (after 6.30pm):
  • Men: Collared shirts with slacks or smart tailored shorts (June 1 – Sept 30) and dress shoes. No T-shirts, tank tops, shorts (outside of summer months), or sandals permitted.
  • Women: Dresses, skirts, or trousers with a stylish top and dress shoes or sandals. Cut-off shorts, ripped jeans, flip-flops, and casual tops are not permitted.
