Getting to Vietnam is easy. Regular flights to Nha Trang are available with carriers including Vietnam Airlines, China Southern, Qantas via Ho Chi Minh City or Guangzhou with an approximate flight time of 12 hours.

Once in Nha Trang, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay can be reached via a 60-minute van transfer from Nha Trang’s airport to the resort’s lounge followed by a 20-minute speedboat transfer to your resort paradise. For your convenience, all transfers are included in this package.

Cancellation policy

**Surcharge: **A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies payable directly to Luxury Escapes at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

**7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: **Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily provide a full refund on cancellation of your escape (so long as you don’t have a confirmed booking/stay in the next 14 days).

**Maximum Room Capacity: **The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below:

**Extra Guest Policy: **An additional guest (aged 12 and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$70 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Half-board (daily two-course lunch or dinner) and daily experience is an additional USD$100 per night. Payable directly to the hotel.

**Child Policy: **One child (aged from six to 11 years) may stay for a surcharge of US$40 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Half-board (daily two-course lunch or dinner) and daily experience is an additional US$45 per night. Payable directly to the hotel.

**Baby Policy: **One infant (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Speedboat to Nha Trang operates on a daily schedule, please ask reception at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay for specific times.

Six Senses early check-in (2pm) and late check-out (12pm) are strictly subject to availability.

Breakfast and lunch or dinner is included only at the Dining by the Bay main restaurant or Dining by the Pool. Other restaurants will incur a surcharge.

Please note, there is limited disability access at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay as it features a lot of stairs and uneven surfaces. A reasonable level of fitness is recommended.

Six Senses resort credit is limited to US$25 per villa, per day and cannot be combined.

Spa credit has no cash value and can only be used towards spa treatments.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
