7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. • Fairmont Gold Lounge access includes breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour at Fairmont Gold Lounge, open on weekdays from 8am to 10pm and on weekends and public holidays from 6.30am to 10pm. The operating hours are subject to change. The happy hour at Fairmont Gold Lounge is only available to guests 12 years of age and older.
• Guests staying at the hotel can register one vehicle per package for free self-parking. For valet, an additional cost of KRW30,000 per vehicle, per night applies.
• Fairmont Fit (fitness), swimming pool and sauna will be closed every third Tuesday (subject to change without notice). For safety reasons, children over 5 years old can only enter the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult guardian (children under 5 are not admitted). Guests can use the swimming pool for one session per night of stay. Between 8pm and 9pm, the swimming pool is only available for adults over 19 years of age only. The fitness and sauna are only available to adults over 19 years of age. Surcharges apply for use of the sauna.
