Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk is perfectly positioned just steps from Waikiki Beach and the vibrant Beach Walk promenade, with the Honolulu Zoo and Diamond Head State Monument both within a 10-minute drive. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is available at the breakfast bar from 6:30am to 9:30am on weekdays and from 6:30am to 10:30am on weekends.
• Nightly poolside drinks and refreshments are available from 5.30pm to 7.30pm and include select wine, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks and juices.
• Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Pakini Bar and Lounge (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer between Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) and your Waikiki accommodation in a modern air-conditioned vehicle. Service includes a basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fees, applicable tolls, and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your transfer date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• Infant seats can be booked at A$15 per seat, each way, or guests are welcome to bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after the scheduled pickup time. After this, the transfer will be considered cancelled and non-refundable.
• Transfers operate between 7am and 10pm local time.
• Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Shared Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: Return shared airport shuttle service between Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) and your Waikiki accommodation, operated by Fly Shuttle & Tours. Service includes shared ride in an air-conditioned shuttle, airport parking fees, and basic luggage allowance.
• Bookings are essential and must be made at least 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
• To book, please email info@flyshuttletours.com with the following information: Full name of lead traveller, arrival and departure flight numbers, airline(s), arrival and departure dates and times, hotel name and address and Luxury Escapes voucher with booking code for redemption.
• Transfer is not confirmed until all information is provided and accepted by the transfer provider. Once confirmed, you will receive your designated pick-up location and instructions via email.
• Operates daily on request between 5am and 10pm (local time)
• Shuttles run approximately every 60 minutes
• Reservations are non-refundable in the case of late arrivals or no-shows
• Limit of two (2) standard-size suitcases per person
• Additional or oversized items (e.g. surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs) may incur a surcharge, payable directly to Fly Shuttle & Tours
• A child or booster seat can be pre-requested for US$25 per seat, payable directly to the operator. Guests may also bring their own car seat
