Stayed here during a surgery, really kind staff. And good service. Our mini bar was broken, and the fixed the problem really fast! Thanks! Due to recovery we stayed a lot in the room, and met the lovely house keeping lady Meral, really kind lady!

I stayed in this lovely hotel on the Asian side of Istanbul in March 2025 with my family. We had booked two rooms. The rooms were very clean. The toilets were very good and the Room service was very prompt. The restaurant breakfast was hot and Amazing with lots of variety I would like to mention Fatima the lady behind the counter who made amazing omelettes for us with a gracious smile, Our room cleaner Layla was also very efficient and did a great job very quickly. She even gave us extra water when required. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel, The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the European side therefore we had to take a taxi if we wanted to visit the old town

I had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza for a week, and I have to highlight the incredible service provided by Filiz, the room attendant. Every morning, she greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my room was absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail was impeccable—everything was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully arranged. What truly stood out was her kindness and professionalism. Even though I only saw her in the mornings, she always took the time to check in and make sure I had everything I needed. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable. Thank you, Filiz, for your outstanding service! Crowne Plaza is lucky to have you, and I’ll definitely remember your hospitality the next time I visit.

Not sure why this is a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was very basic, and the bread was dry. The window didn’t close properly, and located on a busy road it was very noisy at night. The bed itself was comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was great! The reception employees are friendly
