- Daily choice of lunch or dinner is a three-course set menu served at Point Break by CROSS. Lunch is served from 12pm to 4pm, dinner is served from 7pm to 11pm. Guests can choose any three courses from the menu, including an appetiser, main course and dessert.
- One child (11 and under) receives free daily breakfast and daily lunch or dinner per package inclusions, and may eat free all other meals when dining with a paying adult.
- Daily free-flow drinks hour takes place between 5pm and 6pm at Hang Loose Bar or Point Break by CROSS. The cocktail selection will come from the bar. The staff will inform you accordingly while taking the coupon for the cocktail.
- Alo’e Wellness is open daily from 9am to 9pm. Last treatment from 7pm. Any included massages must be pre-booked at reception on arrival.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Payable directly to the resort.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print:
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked for no charge or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
