This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB4,160 per adult (12+) and THB2,080 per child (4–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Children under 4 are free of charge. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Daily buffet breakfast is served at Bistro Grill & Bar from 6.30am to 10.30am or continental style the Club Lounge from 7am to 11am.
• Daily two-course a la carte lunch is served at Escape Pool Club from 12pm to 3pm, and dinner is served at Bistro Grill & Bar or Escape Pool Club from 6pm to 10.30pm. Guests may opt for the buffet dinner for a surcharge of THB300 per adult and THB150 per child (5–11), with children under 5 dining free of charge from the buffet when accompanied by an adult. Drinks are not included.
• Daily access to the Club Lounge includes canapés and nightly drinks from 5.30pm to 7pm, Drinks include cocktails, cognac, gin, vodka, local beer, house red and white wine, sparkling wine, coffee, tea, juice and soft drinks.
  • Dress code is smart casual.
  • Food and beverages must be consumed within the lounge.
  • Alcoholic drinks are only served during designated hours.

• Included massage is an Aroma Thai Harmony Massage at SPA Cenvaree, open daily from 10am to 8pm. Guests must book at least 24 hours in advance with the spa reception. Please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment as late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time without price adjustment. Spa treatments are available for guests over 12 years old.
• Kids’ club is open daily from 9am to 6pm for children aged 4 to 12. Adult supervision is required for children under 4. Parents are required to register their child prior to participation. Some activities may be complimentary for in-house guests, but some programs may incur additional charges.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to six luggage pieces or suitcases per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
• Three-Bedroom Pool Villa Transfers: A maximum of six guests are included in the airport transfer.** **For instances where six or more guests are staying in the Three-Bedroom Pool Villa, additional guests will be required to arrange their own transfers.
