7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel until 30 September 2025 (bookings must be made before 31 July 2025).

Tax: Please note a RM10 tourism tax per room, per night applies, payable directly to the hotel. A Sabah Parks Conservation Fee, per person, per stay applies, payable directly to the hotel: RM25 (aged 18 and above) and RM20 (aged 17 and under and 60 and above).

Roundtrip Airport Transfers

Inclusions:

• Roundtrip airport transfers include transport from the airport on arrival to the Jesselton Point ferry terminal, then a ferry from Jesselton Point to the resort, and on departure a ferry from the resort to Jesselton Point, then from Jesselton Point to the airport.

Fine Print:

• Airport transfers must be booked in advance by emailing rsvn.bungaraya@echoresorts.com.
• Transfers are only available on arrival (check-in day) at 12.30pm from Jesselton Point to the resort and on return at 11am (checkout day) from the resort to Jesselton Point. Please consider ferry times when booking your flights. For arrivals and departures outside of these times, a charter boat is available for an additional cost of RM350 one-way, and RM700 return, payable directly to the resort. A 20% surcharge applies for all transfers between 7pm–7am. To organise, please contact the resort via email at rsvn.bungaraya@echoresorts.com.
• The included airport transfers are for included guests only.
• Any additional guests must purchase their transfers at an additional cost directly with the resort.
• Transfers include a baggage limit of one item per person.
