7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Cocolangal Restaurant and Bar from 6.30am—10am.
• Daily lunch or dinner is a set-menu, served at Cocolangal Restaurant and Bar and is available from 11am—10pm.
• Afternoon tea is served in the Executive Lounge from 2pm—5pm.
• Two nightly cocktails per adult are served in the Executive Lounge from 5pm to 10pm. A non-alcoholic drink can be provided for children.
• Included massage is a 60-minute body massage at Shanti Spa, open daily from 9am—7pm. Booking is required.
• Bellerive Hoi An Resort and Spa offers a complimentary shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient Town, departing daily at 3.25pm, 4.25pm and 5.25pm, and returning at 3.30pm, 4.30pm, 5.30pm and 9.20pm. Advance booking is required and timetables subject to change for this shuttle service.
• The Kids Zone is open every day. Pool billiards runs from 7am—10pm, golf from 7am—5pm, towel art from 3pm—4pm and kite flying from 4pm—5.30pm. On Thursdays, macramé art and koi fish feeding are also available, with feeding sessions held from 9.30am—10am and again from 2pm—2.30pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information must be updated at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. If your flights change, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
