Bawah Reserve

Update 21 March 2025, 2.15pm AEDT: Transportation from Singapore to Bawah has changed from US$950 to US$980, effective 6 January 2025.

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Mandatory seaplane transfer information

• We take guests from two locations:
• From Singapore: US$980 round trip per person. Guests are chauffeured to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Singapore, then accompanied by a Bawah host on a 30-minute ferry ride to Batam, Indonesia. From there, a 75-minute seaplane flight lands you in the resort’s lagoon. Upon departure from Bawah, guests travel back to Singapore via the same route, seaplane to ferry to Singapore where a private car will be waiting for them at the ferry terminal. The transfer fee to Bawah from Singapore is US$980 per person.
• From Batam, Indonesia: US$800 round trip per person. A private car service will pick guests up from their hotel or residence in Batam, Indonesia. Alternatively, guests can fly into Hang Nadim Airport (BTH) for direct seaplane transfer to Bawah. Upon departure from Bawah, guests will be flown back to Hang Nadim Airport, offering the option of a return flight or drop-off at your accommodation. Return transfer from Batam to Bawah is US$800, return per person.
• A mandatory transport fee is required to be paid at the time of booking, directly to the property at a charge of US$950 from Singapore per person or US$800 From Batam, Indonesia per person. Please reach out to the property via email to confirm. Failure to confirm transportation and arrange payment will result in cancellation of your booking

• LuxPlus+ bonus inclusions are not available for bookings made back-to-back (separate bookings for consecutive nights’ stay) at the same hotel. In the instance of back-to-back bookings at the same hotel being made, you will only receive the included benefits once.

LuxPlus+ benefits will not be awarded in relation to any purchases, transactions or non-transactional actions that are reversed, cancelled and/or refunded.

LuxPlus+ member discounts and bonus inclusions cannot be converted or exchanged for cash.
