The resort is less than a 10-minute drive from Playa del Ingles Beach and 15 minutes from the mesmerising Maspalomas sand dunes. The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Gran Canaria Airport (LPA). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - The complimentary room upgrade is automatically applied upon booking if there is availability on the following selected dates: 1 November to 30 November 2023; 1 December to 22 December 2023; 4 January to 31 January 2024; 1 February to 31 March 2024; 1 April to 30 April 2024.
- All-inclusive dining packages include daily breakfast, lunch and dinner from the two buffet restaurants, daily snacks and unlimited free-flow premium drinks from a select menu.
- Breakfast is available from 8.30am to 11am in summer and 8am to 10.30am in winter.
- Dinner is available from 7pm to 10pm in summer and 6.30pm to 9.30pm in winter.
- The hotel is adults-only (16+) from 1 November 2023.
- A free shuttle bus runs to Playa del Ingles Beach.
