  • Daily a la carte breakfast is served at The Rooftop Bar & Grill from 7.30am — 10am. Guests can order one a la carte menu item and tea or coffee per person. Any additional food or drink items per person will be charged to the guest.
  • One cocktail per adult is served at The Rooftop Bar & Grill, open daily from 12pm — 9pm. Guests can choose from the standard bar menu.
  • The welcome drink is a glass of sparkling wine from the Hunter Valley. Alternatively, for a non-alcoholic voucher, see reception to use at the Rooftop Bar & Grill.
  • One coffee per person is served at the onsite coffee cart from 7am — 11.30am on the day of your checkout. Guests may also choose from a tea or hot chocolate.
  • Classic Pet Friendly room is for two adults (12+) and is suitable for maximum two dogs under 25kg. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the room at anytime. Dog beds and bowls are available on request with 24 hours’ notice. For Rick Stein dinner bookings, guests must arrange a dog sitter via reception for AU$30 an hour, paid directly.
  • Two-course set menu dinner (select packages only) is served at Rick Stein at Bannisters from 5:30pm on weekdays and 12:30pm on weekends. Set menu options exclude shellfish and ribeye. Advance reservation is essential via Bannisters website or by calling reception on (02) 4454 7400.
  • Pool Bar, Rick Stein and Spa by the Sea are at the sister property Bannisters by the Sea, a short drive away.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
