Water park at Aquaventure may not be open daily. Guests should contact the property directly for hours of operation. All guests must show a valid passport or Emirates ID (for UAE residents) at check-in. These are the only forms of identification accepted at this property. Guests booked in a Suite must contact this property at least 48 hours in advance to schedule airport transportation.

• New Year’s Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per adult: AED 1350
• New Year’s Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per child: AED 625 (from 4 to 13 years old)
• A tax is imposed by the city: AED 20.00 per accommodation, per night A tourism fee is imposed by the city and collected at the property. The fee is AED 20 for the first bedroom per night, and increases by AED 20 per night for each additional bedroom.
