Getting to Lord Howe Island is easy. The island is located just a two-hour flight from Brisbane or Sydney via QantasLink. QantasLink flies to Lord Howe Island departing Sydney on most days and from Brisbane on weekends.

The resort is approximately 5 minutes’ drive from Lord Howe Island Airport.

Return airport transfers are included in your package. Please contact the hotel directly with your flight details to arrange.

Flights to Sydney depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 7.5 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 9 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 13.5 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 9 hours).

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 15 and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$500 per night, sleeping on a pull out sofa with accommodation and all inclusions except spa vouchers. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 14 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of A$400 per child, per night, sleeping on a pull out sofa with accommodation and all inclusions except spa vouchers. Payable directly to the resort. Children under 18 will be served non-alcoholic pre-dinner drinks.

Infant Policy: Infants (aged five years and under) are not permitted at the resort.
