7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service UNLIMITED date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily a la carte breakfast is available at de Daara eateries or in-room from 7am to 11am daily. Breakfast includes a fruit platter, coffee or tea, juice, croissants and a selected main course item.
- Daily lunch or dinner is available at de Daara eateries from a select menu. Lunch is available from 12pm to 5pm daily. Dinner is available from 6pm to 11pm daily.
- Nightly cocktail is a from a select Arak cocktail menu, available at de Daara eateries from 3pm to 7pm.
- On-time bucket of beer includes four bottles of Singaraja beer.
- Complimentary minibar is refreshed daily and is non-alcoholic.
- The Ubud shuttle operates three return trips a day starting from 9am. Pick-up and drop-off point is Ubud Palace. Booking in advance is recommended.
- Morning trek through the rice paddy field begins at 7am and is on request. Booking in advance is required.
- Included massage is a traditional Balinese massage for two people. Please note that all massage treatments need to be pre-booked at least one day in advance. l’santē AnandaDara SPA is open from 10am to 10pm daily. Last treatment time is 8pm.
One-Way OR Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A one-way arrival transfer OR return (see selected package) private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at IDR 50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
