Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6500 per adult (16+) and THB3250 per child (4–15) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Daily choice of two-course lunch or dinner at Isla Restaurant or Garden Pool Bar is from a special menu. Available anytime within restaurant operating times.
• Isla Restaurant and the Garden Pool Bar operate as a shared dining area, with the Garden Pool Bar located directly adjacent to Isla. All inclusions may be enjoyed interchangeably across these connected venues.
• One three-course dinner at Nora Beach Club per package. Available daily from 4pm–9pm. Advance reservation required. Set menu includes choice of appetiser (chicken satay, quesadilla or Caesar salad), main (fried rice with chicken or prawn, pad Thai with chicken or prawn, spaghetti pad kee mao with chicken or prawn, margherita pizza or beef burger) and dessert (ice cream scoop, brownie or fruit platter). • Kids staying free enjoy daily breakfast, and lunch or dinner with paying adult, choosing from the kids’ menu.
• Daily ice cream and soft drink per child at Isla Restaurant or Garden Pool Bar can be redeemed anytime within restaurant operating times.
• 15% dining credit can be used multiple times during your stay. Cannot be combined with any other promotions or special events. Not applicable for room service.
• One hour paddleboard or kayak hire requires booking in advance.
• Infants under 3 cannot stay in the Superior Garden View room.
• Only one extra bed or cot is permitted per room.

Aqua Kids Club Fine Print

• Aqua Kids Club is recommended for children up to 8 years old.
• No food or drinks can be consumed in Aqua Kids Club.
• Children under 4 must be under parental/guardian supervision.
• Some activities have an additional charge.
• Children with wet clothes, swimwear and illness will not be permitted to enter.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
