7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• For honeymoon, birthday and anniversary setup, proof is required. Includes honeymoon or birthday cake and decorative display.
• Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 11am. Lunch is served from 12pm to 3pm and dinner is served between 6.30pm and 10.30pm.
• The included massage is a full body massage, which can be redeemed at the spa between 9am and 10pm, subject to availability. Bookings must be made at least one day in advance.
• The daily cocktail is a choice from the house menu and is served at Maja Restaurant between 12pm and 6pm.
• Amarterra dedicated beach is five minutes walking distance from the hotel and is open daily between 9am – 6pm. Guests will get free beach towels and bottled drinking water on-site.
• Minibar is replenished on daily basis (only one time per day) with inclusions: bottled drinking water, coke and sprite.
• Photography session: booking must be made one day in advance. The hotel will provide one digital image, with additional images available to purchase for a surcharge.
• Transfer: Your private transfer is for a maximum of four people with luggage. Booking must be completed a minimum of seven days in advance, directly with the hotel.
• Welcome tropical fruits and Amarterra Villas Bali signature snacks in villa on arrival.
• The one-way private airport transfer must be arranged with the villas. Please contact the property with your flight details ahead of time.
