Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries…
You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Superior Room — Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child.
Child Policy: Up to one child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation, breakfast and one set-menu dinner only.
Baby Policy: One baby (aged under two years) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Deluxe Room — Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child.
Child Policy: Up to one child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation, breakfast and one set-menu dinner only. Alternatively, an extra bed can be provided at a cost of QAR150 per night, payable directly to the hotel.
Baby Policy: One baby (aged under two years) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Deluxe Suite — Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children.
Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of QAR150 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on rollaway beds with accommodation, breakfast and one set-menu dinner only (set-menu dinner is only valid for one child).
Baby Policy: One baby (aged under two years) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Upgrade Transfers: Transfers are for Deluxe and Suite Upgrades only, based on two people. Please note that additional charges may apply for transfers for additional guests and will be payable direct to the provider.
