Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Beach Rentals: Guests can select from a wide range of items from Beach Candy Waikiki, located at Twin Fin Hotel (2570 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu) to enhance their beach and ocean experience. For each night of stay, each guest room will receive three daily credits that can be applied towards rentals, including boogie boards, paddleboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and more. Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival to the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy, such as fitness classes, surf lessons and more, can be booked at an additional cost.
- Hawaiian Cultural Classes: Classes include Queen’s legacy tour, lei making, hula lessons and Hawaiian lessons.
- Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Club Access Rooms: Daily free-flow drinks (select wines and craft beers), evening canapes and the made-to-order pasta station are available at Longboard Club from 4pm to 8pm. Daily buffet breakfast is available at Longboard Club from 6am to 10am.
- Daily beach rentals are available from 7am each day, subject to availability.
