Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of VND1,988,000 per adult (6+) for free-flow drinks or VND1,588,000 for food only. Children (2–5) are charged at 50% of the adult rate, based on the package chosen, for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge VND2,488,000 per adult (6+) for free-flow drinks or VND2,088,000 for food only. Children (2–5) are charged at 50% of the adult rate, based on the package chosen, for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is available at Four Plates Restaurant from 6.30am — 10am.
• Nightly one-hour free-flow drinks is at includes complimentary house wine, cocktails and beer and is at Mộc Garden Restaurant. Includes house wine, cocktails, local beer and soft drinks.
• Three-course lunch or dinner is served at Mộc Garden Restaurant or outdoor pool from 11.30am — 2pm and 6pm — 10pm.
• The cooking class includes three dishes led by a chef at Four Plates Restaurant. Must be booked at least one day in advance.
• The included massages are for an oil or bamboo massage at My Chi Spa and Fitness. Spa treatments must be booked one day in advance. All spa guests will get unlimited access to the steam room and sauna (gym access not included).
• Shuttle bus from Hoi An to Dolphin Kitchen & Bar, located at An Bang Beach, should be booked 24 hours in advance to avoid disappointment and departs from Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa at 10am, 2pm and 4pm and Esco Beach in Tan Thanh Beach at 10.30am, 2.30pm and 4.30pm.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
