7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you make ONE date change up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to assist in amending your dates of stay. Subject to availability and surcharges

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily a la carte/buffet breakfast is served at Seasalt from 7am–11am.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner is served at Seasalt or Beach Bar from a two-course set menu. Lunch at Seasalt takes place from 12pm–4pm. Dinner at Beach Bar takes place from 11am–9pm and dinner at Seasalt takes place from 5pm–10pm.
• One cocktail can be redeemed at Seasalt or Beach Bar from a select menu.
• The welcome drink is ginger tea with lemongrass and palm sugar.
• One 60-minute reflexology massage takes place at Spa Alila from 9am – 9pm. Advance reservation is recommended.
• Kids’ club is open daily from 8am to 5pm for children up to 12 years old. Children under 4 years old must be supervised.
• One child (11 years and under) stays free with daily breakfast, sleeping on an extra bed. All additional meals are payable to resort directly.

One-Way Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
• Flight number and arrival time
• Child seats requirements
• Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
