7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 11 March 2024 and 29 March 2025, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Inclusions: A return transfer with an English-speaking driver, airport parking fee and toll fee and 330ml water bottle per person.
• Infant seat can be booked for US$3 per seat, each way, or you may bring your own to be fitted in the car.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After then the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1–2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com
