7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Daily a la carte breakfast is served at Ankhusa Restaurant from 7am to 10:30am.
• Daily a la carte lunch is served at Ankhusa Restaurant from 12pm to 3pm.
• Daily a la carte dinner is served at Ankhusa Restaurant from 6pm to 10pm.
• Daily afternoon tea is held at Ankhusa Restaurant from 3:30pm to 4:30pm and includes tea or coffee and a small cake or snack.
• Daily free-flow drinks hour takes place at Ankhusa Bar during lunch from 12pm to 5pm or dinner from 6pm to 11pm. Pre-booking is required with reception. Free-flow drinks are from a set menu of cocktails including Italian Spritzer, Golden Ticket, Jaan Sajan, Lyche Jungle and Cinnamon Sour.
• The included massage(s) are available at Svaha Spa Kenderan from 9am to 9pm. Pre-booking is required.
• The daily Balinese cultural show is performed at Ankhusa Restaurant and rotates between authentic bamboo rhythm, Balinese night culture, live acoustic and harmony violin performances.
• Daily yoga takes places from 7:30am to 8:30am at the resort’s yoga venue. Pre-booking is required. Maximum numbers apply.
• The daily shuttle to Ubud Centre departs at 9am, 11am, 2pm and 4pm. The drop-off and pick-up point is Dalem Puri Ubud. Departure times are subject to change.
• Complimentary entry to The Jungle Club includes one welcome cocktail per adult and pre-departure lounge access.
• The included 15-minute photo session takes place in the public areas of the resort and must be booked in advance with reception.
• The welcome drink is served upon check-in in the lobby area, guests can choose from lime juice or a spice syrup drink (non-alcoholic).

One-Way Arrival/Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way arrival OR return private airport transfer(s), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Child/infant seats are available free of charge. Please request at time of booking. Alternatively, guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
