Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Guests can choose between daily buffet lunch at The Restaurant at Address Beach Resort (12.30pm to 4pm), a la carte lunch at The Beach Grill (12.30pm to 4pm), or a la carte lunch at Farina (1pm to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays only) OR nightly buffet dinner at The Restaurant at Address Beach Resort (6pm to 10pm), a la carte dinner at The Beach Grill (6pm to 2am), or a la carte dinner at Farina (6pm to 2am on Saturdays and Sundays only). - Sun lounge access is for three-hours only, once a day. Access is first come, first served, so it is recommended to check with Reservations for access.
- The 20% discount at The Spa at Address is available on treatments only (not retail products). Advance reservation is required and discount may be used unlimited times during the stay.
- For the One Bedroom Executive Sea View Suite, please note that return airport transfers are only valid for four guests, so any additional guests will be required to purchase the transfers.
Luxury Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer in a luxury vehicle (BMW5 Series or similar), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, complimentary Wi-Fi and one bottle of water per person.
- Valid for transfer from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to a Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Marina or Palm Jumeirah hotel. Excludes additional stops during transfer.
- Valid for up to three passengers (including infants). A three-passenger car can fit two pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked for a surcharge of US$5 per seat, per trip.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
- Please provide the following information at time of booking: Flight number and time, drop-off hotel name, any other special requests e.g. child seat requirements.
- Please note: Elevate DMC will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly.
