• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• Please note that all participants of this experience must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Tokar Estate abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• The minimum number of guests required for this experience is 2, maximum number of guests per booking/table is 6
• Rates are valid for two people. Each couple must purchase their own package
