• This is a shared tour, meaning you will share your ride with other guests
• Luggage bags are not permitted – any bags must be small enough to sit at your feet or on your lap
• Maximum group size per tour is 24 passengers

Terms & Conditions:

• Child policy: Children must be at least 5 years of age to travel on this tour and must be accompanied by two paying adults. Children under 5 years are not permitted on the tour. For children between 5 and 10 years – a consent form must be signed by accompanying parent/guardian prior to boarding to confirm child age requirements
• You must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption at wineries and carry valid photo ID
• Tours continue regardless of weather conditions
• Tours will leave according to times stated on itineraries and will not wait for latecomers. No responsibility is accepted for passengers failing to be at designated pick-up points at designated times and no refund will be provided. No responsibility is taken for passengers leaving pick-up locations if the tour vehicles are not present at the scheduled departure time
• It is recommended that all travellers have adequate travel insurance in the event of delay, illness and loss of property which may result in failure to join or complete the tour
• Australian Wine Tour Co. accepts no responsibility for passengers missing the tour if you have changed your pick-up location and they are not advised at least 24 hours in advance
• Australian Wine Tour Co. accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property
• Australian Wine Tour Co. reserves the right to use alternate vehicles and operators
• Smoking is not permitted on while in vehicles or inside winery buildings
• Persons causing a nuisance to other passengers may be removed from the vehicle. Australian Wine Tour Co will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passengers should this occur. Uncontrollable and disruptive drunken behaviour will not be tolerated. Wineries reserve the right to refuse service and entry. Disruptive persons will not be allowed on the bus. No alcohol or food is allowed on tour vehicles. No BYO food or drink is allowed in the wineries. Wineries do not have BYO license therefore you may not bring your own alcohol for consumption. Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on tour vehicles or at wineries.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure date: A$100 admin fee applies for all cancellations
• Cancellations within 7 to 29 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
