- This tour is not recommended for passengers over 24 weeks pregnant
- Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
- Child rate applies for children aged 2–14. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
- Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed. No refunds and re-cruises will be offered
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Jarvis Bay Wild for passenger and crew safety
- Weather and sea conditions can change quickly and this may alter the status of your tour at any time. In rough sea conditions, the boat captain may increase child age limits or place restrictions on or refuse to carry passengers with medical conditions and/or limited mobility and passengers who are pregnant
- Cruise times may change due to tide issues for the vessel Port Venture
- It is advisable to take motion sickness tablets at least one hour prior to departure if you have little boating experience. If you know you experience seasickness or you are not too sure please visit your local chemist and speak to the pharmacist for some advice on what could be suitable for you
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
