• Available every day: Departures: 9.15am and 10.15am
• Not valid: 24 - 26 December 2025, 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: 145 Wakefield Street, Wellington. Opposite the Amora Hotel
• Please arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Late arrivals or no shows will void offer

• Bookings essential and subject to availability – there is limited availability for high-season periods (Oct-April). It is recommended you book as far in advance as possible
• Please note that Wētā Workshop Unleashed includes some horror elements that may be disturbing for children, or unsuitable for guests with medical conditions aggravated by fright, stress, or lights. Parental guidance is recommended
• For guests with sensory processing sensitivity (SPS), comfort tools are welcome

• Lunch will be at Karaka Cafe and includes two courses and a soft drink. Vegan options are available

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before tour date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
