  • Late arrivals and no-shows will void their tickets

  • Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Sydney Tallships
  • Valid for dine-in only

  • The tall ships are not suitable for wheelchair access due to steep stairways required to access facilities
  • The food served onboard may contain nuts
  • No sharp heeled shoes will be permitted
  • Smoking is not permitted aboard the ship

Terms & Conditions:

  • Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Sydney Tallships abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
  • Senior rate valid for holders of a current Australian Seniors Card, which must be shown at check-in
  • Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 are not permitted. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
  • Family rate applies for two adults (15+) and two children (4–14); noting that at least one adult must be aged 18+
  • Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Sydney Tallships for passenger and crew safety due to inclement weather conditions
  • Cruises do proceed in rainy weather. Please dress accordingly
  • If the weather conditions and/or any other situation that makes the ship’s operation unsafe as deemed by the Master of the Vessel, the event will, at the discretion of the Master, be cancelled. In this circumstance customers will be issued with a gift certificate to be used within one year. No refunds will be made

Cancellations:

  • This experience is non-refundable

Changes to booking:

  • 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, within 7 days, no changes can be made
  • Tickets are only able to be transfered to another person for the same scheduled sail date and time
  • The Sydney Tallships ticket office must be contacted on 02 8015 5571 for all ticket changes. Please note that a rebooking fee will be charged
