• Departure Point: Sea World Helicopters – located on the western side of the Sea World carpark
• Please check in at the helicopter terminal building at least 15 minutes prior to flight departure time
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

Important:

• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Please note, all flights require a minimum of six passengers to operate. If you do not have six people in your group, Sea World Helicopters will match you up with another group
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full payment is made – unless credit facilities have previously been arranged
• Passengers aged 2+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under 1 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–1), please contact Sea World Helicopters as aviation conditions apply

Terms & Conditions:

• Passengers’ weights are to be supplied upon booking. A weight variance of more than 10% may incur full cancellation on the spot with no refund
• Guests weighing more than 110kg may be required to purchase a comfort seat add-on. Guests weighing more than 125kg are required to purchase a comfort seat add-on to safely balance the helicopter
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Flight routes are constant. Flight times are approximate only and may vary according to helicopter type, number of passengers and/or weather conditions.
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Sea World Helicopters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• The maximum single-seat payload is 160kg. For passengers exceeding 160kg, aircrafts seating six or more (2+) passengers are required for private charters and for listed tours and packages, an additional seat at 100% of ticket price may need to be purchased directly with Sea World Helicopters for passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance
• Children must be accompanied by an adult carer and the aircraft must have minimum paid passenger numbers
• Sea World Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Sea World Helicopters works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
• Upgraded tickets include one-day admission to Sea World Theme Park. Each pass is valid per person for 12 months from date of issue

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least seven days’ prior to departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within seven days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
