Be guided by an expert wine ambassador and learn how to taste wine like a winemaker, exploring the difference between wine varietals and their unique flavours. Set in the iconic Len Evans Museum, you’ll dive into two great Australian blends: Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Then, it’s your turn to put your knowledge into practice! Combine different varietals to create your own signature red wine blend to bottle and take home with you to remember your fun-filled session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the experience price

Tahbilk
Established in 1860, Tahbilk is one of Australia’s most beautiful and historic family-owned wineries located in the Nagambie Lakes, one of Victoria’s premium viticultural areas. Set amongst stunning gardens and underground cellars, sample some of their rarest drops at the cellar door overlooking the Goulburn River or head to the idyllic cafe for a delicious lunch.
