• If you notify 48 hours prior to your booking that you are unable to attend, Ten Minutes by Tractor will be happy to rebook your experience for another date

• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given of cancellation, 100% of the experience price will be charged and no refunds are applicable

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption. As alcohol is served, all guests must be over the age of 18 and provide valid ID upon request
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability at time of booking. Bookings are for 60 minutes and have a minimum of two guests. If you book for one, Ten Minutes by Tractor has the right to cancel should they not receive any further bookings
• Masterclass fees are non-redeemable and non-refundable. Ten Minutes by Tractor reserves the right to refuse to serve a tasting experience, even with prior booking, if they believe that member/s of the booking party may be under the influence of alcohol
• If you arrive late to your allocated booking time, please be aware that your tasting experience will be shortened
• Credit card surcharges and refund policy are subject to local regulation
• Any excess amount is payable directly to Ten Minutes by Tractor
• Menu is seasonal and subject to change. Set menu restrictions apply. Menu changes due to preference may incur an additional fee

Ten Minutes by Tractor is an award-winning winery that boasts accolades including Australia’s Wine List of the Year 2022 for Best List of Wines By The Glass and the prestigious Pinot Noir Provenance Award at the 2021 Mornington Peninsula Wine Show for three vintages of its pinot noir.
