• Cancellations made more than 7 days before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 7 days of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• It is recommended to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the show start time to ensure you get the best seats in the section you purchased

• The Bow and The Bridge sections are located on the main (ground) floor of the venue. The Bow seats are located behind the Captain’s Table and in the first few rows. The Bridge seats are located behind the Bow seating section
• All seating is general admission
• All sections are unreserved, and seating is not pre-assigned at the time of purchase
• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• You will be allocated the best available seats for your chosen seating category
• If you wish to sit with other ticket holders, please ensure you arrive together and venue staff will do their best to seat you together
• Seating begins approximately 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Guests are recommended to arrive early to avoid rushing. Ushers will close the doors at show time and may not allow latecomers in until there is a suitable pause in the performance
• Please note, the show includes tage smoke, strobe lighting and strong language
• Show is recommended for ages 16+. Younger guests are permitted at your discretion
• Running time is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes with no interval
