Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%

Cancellation

• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of departure
• 50% refund offered within 24 to 48 hours of departure
• 100% refund is offered if cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to departure

Changes to Booking

48 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Bookings valid to 30 September 2024
• Departure Point: Departing Eastern Pontoon, Circular Quay. The pontoon is located outside Searock Grill restaurant. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for boarding

Terms & Conditions:

• Cruises are subject to minimum two people for bookings. Please note, restaurants may be subject to change due to special events outside Sydney Princess Cruises' control
• Valid for dine-in only. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Timings may vary slightly for harbour traffic conditions. Please allow up to approximately 4.5 hours total for this experience
• Restaurants may be subject to change due to special events and booking notice
• Wear warm comfortable clothing and shoes
• If you have any medical issues, please consult your doctor before making a booking
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Meals valid for inclusions as specified above. Any excess amount is payable directly to venue. Set menu restrictions apply
• Seasickness: If you are unsure if you get seasick then prevention is best, we recommend you seek some easily available over-the-counter remedy from a pharmacy or medical professional
