• Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, accommodation, hotel transfers, ski resort fees, ski hire, and lift passes
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Guests are entitled to one item of hand luggage and two items of baggage (maximum 20kg per bag) to be stowed under the coach
• Please note, guests will be required to show valid photo ID and booking confirmation on boarding

• Rates are per person and are valid for one-way transfers from Sydney CBD to Jindabyne OR Jindabyne to Sydney CBD, as selected at time of booking
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Changes to Bookings:

• Date changes are permitted with at least 15 minutes’ notice prior to booked departure time
• Guests seeking to change dates within one hour of booked departure must contact the Greyhound Call Centre directly via 1300 473 946
