- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Shangri-La Sydney abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
- For table reservations of eight or more people, an additional 10% group service fee will apply, payable directly to Shangri-La Sydney
- Maximum sitting time per booking is two hours
