Changes to Booking

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available selected days: Departure at 12.45pm; returns 3.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Wednesday & Thursday
• Departure/Return Point: B Shed Terminal, Victoria Quay, Fremantle
• Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to boarding time as shown on your confirmation ticket. Boarding closes 10 minutes prior to the cruise departure and no refund or credit will be issued for passengers that do not board the cruise on time (no shows)

• Mobility access is limited on all Swan River vessels due to the design and construction of the boats. All travellers with mobility constraints are encouraged to contact Captain Cook Cruises directly prior to booking to discuss their specific circumstances
• Seating on the One-Way, Scenic, and Explorer Cruises on the Swan River is unreserved; on a first-in, first-choice basis. There is no reserved seating available
• Captain Cook Cruises follows 100% non-smoking policy on all public cruises
• Parking is limited at fremantle departure points, public transport or rideshare is recommended
• No BYO is permitted
• Captain Cook Cruises (Western Australia) does not accommodate bucks parties for private or public cruises
• If a patron is hosting a hens party onboard a public cruise they are not permitted to dress inappropriately or bring any offensive toys/games onboard with them that may offend other patrons
• Please allow up to three hours (approximately) for this cruise

Terms & Conditions:

• A minimum number of passengers is required to ensure departure
• Cruises are subject to change in the event of situations outside of their control such as but not limited to high tides, river conditions, weather, forces of nature, pandemics etc
• A vessel may be substituted by a coach due for any reason, including high water levels and mechanical issues
• Passengers will be refused entry if they are intoxicated, abusive or threatening towards any of the employees or passengers
