• Check-In Location: The Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort – 2169 Kalia Road, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815, USA. Please head into the resort towards Front Desk and into the Retail Spaces for check-in
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for check-in. Guests will be escorted from the check-in location to the boat for boarding 15 minutes before departure
• The specific beach for arrival and departure changes depending on the tides to ensure safe boarding. The walk down to the beach may take from five to 10 minutes, a maximum of 0.3 miles down to the boat
• The Holokai departs from the beach for all sails, so be sure to wear footwear that you can easily slip on and off
• All guests must complete an online waiver prior to check-in. Guests will not be permitted to board without a signed waiver. Complete the waiver here. Guests aged 17 and under must have a waiver completed by a parent/guardian (18+)
• Whale sightings are not guaranteed. If you do not see whales on your first sail, come back for a second complementary sail valid until 31 March 2026
• An onboard cash bar is available during the cruise with soft drinks, beer, wine, seltzer and cocktails available for purchase, payable directly to Sail Holokai
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience, including check-in, boarding and disembarking

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid photo ID upon request. Sail Holokai abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Minimum numbers apply for cruise to proceed. If a cruise fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Sail Holokai for passenger and crew safety
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
