Cancellations

• A 100% refund (excluding the booking processing charges) will be given if you cancel more than 7 days before your tour departure date
• A 50% refund (excluding the booking processing charges) will be given if you cancel between 7 days and 2 days before your tour departure date
• There are no refunds if you cancel less than 48 hours before your tour departure date. There are no refunds if you do not turn up for the tour

Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 9am-3pm
• Not valid: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
• Departure point: East Coast/Katong district of Singapore. Directions, maps and pictures for the meeting point are sent upon booking

Important:

• Tours start in the Katong district and end in Little India
• The price includes all of the food and speciality drinks consumed during the tour
• Any additional purchases are payable directly to venues
• Prices listed do not include the costs of transport to get to and from the start and end points of the tour. They do include the costs of public transport used during the tours
• On certain days, some of the food stops might be closed. You are guaranteed at least 10 food or drink tastings on each tour. In the event of closures, more selections or larger portions will be ordered at other stops
• If you are travelling with a child under 6, please book a private Singapore food tour
• All tours take place regardless of weather conditions. Please ensure to wear appropriate clothing and footwear according to weather conditions and comfort

Terms & Conditions:

• There is a wide variety of foods and ingredients in this tour. If you are unable to consume any of the following then it does mean that you will not be able to eat/drink everything on the tour: milk, meat, pork, prawns, fish, wheat/gluten, spice. If you are unable to consume several of those foods then you may prefer to opt for a customised tour rather than a food tour
