Availability:

• Available every day: Departs: 5pm. Tour will run for approximately five hours
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start time. Tours depart promptly and latecomers will not be admitted
• Departure Point: Meet outside the main entrance to ARIA Resort & Casino in the middle of “Focus” (a curved wall that measures 250 feet long by 24 feet high). Your tour guide will be wearing a Lip Smacking Foodie Tours shirt

Important:

• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Please inform Lip Smacking Foodie Tours at time of booking if any members of your party have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Lip Smacking Foodie Tours will do their best to make appropriate substitutions whenever possible, but cannot guarantee them
• Restaurant tips are included in the purchase price. Gratuities direct to your tour guide are graciously accepted. The average gratuity begins from USD$10 per person. You are encouraged to bring cash as there are no nearby ATMs
• Paid street parking is available nearby at Fremont Street Experience or Container Park Parking Lot (own expense)
• Hotel transfers are not included
• Unfortunately, there are no service animals permitted on any of the helicopter flights

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for dine-in only. Set tasting menus apply. Water is included at all venues; any additional drinks are at own expense. Any excess amount is payable directly to venue(s) visited
• All guests must purchase a ticket whether they participate in the food tastings or not. Non-paying individuals will not be able to join the tour. No exceptions will be made. No discounted tickets are offered for seniors
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability. Sample itinerary has been provided above as an example only
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Children two years of age or older will be required to purchase a seat. Children under two years of age with proper identification can travel on an adult’s lap
• Each helicopter has a maximum weight limit to ensure safety. You will be required to note down the weight of every passenger you are travelling with for safety
• The maximum weight limit per person is 300 pounds (136 kilograms), while the total seven-passenger weight limit may not exceed 1,240 pounds (564 kilograms). Guests over the weight limit will be required to purchase two seats
• Flights are subject to weather and flight conditions and may be delayed or cancelled at the discretion of Maverick for passenger and crew safety
• Excursions require a minimum number of passengers to operate

Cancellations:

• Once your tour is booked, a no-cancellation policy takes effect. Tickets are non-refundable and tours may not be rescheduled. Likewise, there are no reschedules or refunds for latecomers. Tickets, however, may be transferable to another guest upon request, at the discretion of Lip Smacking Foodie Tours
• Guests with inaccurately stated body weights may be cancelled with no refund
