Important:

• All tours are self-drive
• GoCar Tours does not guarantee the weather. When poor conditions are expected, trips are cancelled and refunded or rescheduled
• The minimum age to be a passenger is 7 years old for San Diego Harbor & Gaslamp Quarter Tour, Downtown & Balboa Park Tour or Coronado San Diego. Minimum passenger age for Vanderhall Venice Drive to Julian is 25+.
• Driving outside of the designated tour route is permitted, however the car only talks on the designated routes
• Food and drinks are not included on any tours
• The vehicle on the Vanderhall Venice Drive to Julian is pet and smoking-free. Violation of the terms will result in an additional cleaning charge, payable directly to GoCar Tours
• Vanderhall Venice Drive to Julian: Must be 25 years or older to rent. Must possess a major credit card for security deposit and valid driver’s licence. Insurance is required at additional surcharge from USD$15 per day

Terms & Conditions

• Maximum passenger capacity per vehicle is two people
• Licence requirements vary per vehicle that is available to drive. A valid full driver’s licence is required for tours
• Your tour’s length may vary due to departure time, location, traffic, detour choices, and itinerary. Additional rental time will be charged in 15-minute increments, payable directly to GoCar Tours
• All vehicles are covered by a liability policy for the legal state minimums that provide third parties around you with coverage in the event of an accident. Your rental agreement however, excludes renters from accessing that policy. So you may be liable for damages or losses that occur during your rental. GoCar Tours offers you extra insurance options for an additional surcharge, payable on the day to GoCar Tours to manage your liability that your rental may incur such as a CDW and SLI. Ask agents about these options when you arrive
• GoCar Tours takes no responsibility for the weather in the area. GoCar Tours endeavours to make well-informed go/no-go decisions regarding weather conditions, but no refunds will be given should the resulting conditions become unfavourable
• Late arrival will shorten hire time

• Maximum purchase limit of nine per person applies for Downtown & Balboa Park Tour
• Maximum purchase limit of eight per person applies for Coronado Tour

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
