- Please allow up to two hours for the Rotorua City & Lakes Tour, including travel time. There may be delays or detours due to road works

- This tour runs in all weather conditions, however the vehicle will not enter the lake if the waves are higher than 40cm

- Rotorua Duck Tours reserves the right to cancel or amend any tour for any reason and assumes no responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal equipment, delays, or irregularities that may occur in the operation of this business for whatever reason
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations within 1 hour of departure: 100% cancellation fee applies
- Late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
- Rotorua Duck Tours will give a full refund in the event of a breakdown or unexpected halting of your trip
