• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Participants must wear rubber-soled, closed-toe shoes such as runners or sneakers. Weather appropriate clothing that is suitable to wear beneath their Climb Suit such as sportswear is recommended
• Medication required during the experience (asthma puffers etc.) can be provided to the RoofClimb Leader at check-in

• Available every day from April to September: 4pm–6pm, 4.30pm–6.30pm or 5pm–7pm
• Available every day from October to March: 6.30pm–8.30pm, 7pm–9pm, 7.30pm–9.30pm
• Not valid: Special event days
• Booking valid to 31 March 2026

Important:

• Please allow up to two hours total for this experience
• Food, drinks and transport are not included
• Participants must have a low level of fitness with the ability to cope with moderate physical exertion at heights for up to 50 metres
• Participants are required to walk and climb up and down ladders and multiple flights of stairs unaided for approximately 1.25km
• Participants will walk across industrial-style, open metal grate walkways and stepped bridges

Terms & Conditions:

• South Australian Resident rate is valid for residents only. Photo ID will be required to be presented on the day
• Minimum height of 120cm and maximum weight limit of 136kg applies for all participants
• Participants aged 75+ must provide medical clearance to participate
• Participants must be aged at least 8 years’ old at time of scheduled RoofClimb
• Children aged 8–15 years must be accompanied by a supervising adult (maximum of three children per one adult)
• Participants less than 20 weeks pregnant require medical clearance to participate
• Participants 20 weeks pregnant and over are not permitted to participate
• Participants must undergo a breath analysis during check-in and must return a reading below 0.05% blood alcohol concentration to proceed with the experience
• To safeguard against objects potentially injuring people below, participants cannot take any loose objects with them including cameras, GoPros, phones and tablet devices. Personal lockers are available for participants to store non-valuables for the duration of their climb
• RoofClimb Leaders are equipped with cameras to capture the moments and additional photos are available to purchase at the conclusion of the experience. One 6x8” group photo is included in ticket price
• RoofClimb will proceed in most weather conditions including heat, rain and wind. The experience will not proceed if there are hail storms, thunder and lightning and winds of 70km per hour or over. Extreme heat (exceeding 36 degrees Celsius) may also result in delayed departure or cancellation
