• Please ensure you are at the meeting point 15 minutes before your start time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Details and confirmation of availability will be communicated after the booking is confirmed by Petaluma Wines
• Exclusions: Additional food and drinks (not stated in inclusions), take-home wines or merchandise from Petaluma Wines shop, hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability – limited spaces available
• Please note, wine tasting flight is equivalent to approximately 1.5 standard drinks
• Dietary requests are subject to availability from partners at Woodside Providore. Please make any dietary requests at time of booking
• Grazing platter menu is seasonal and subject to change. Images have been provided as examples only
• Platters are provided per couple
• Trail riding component of tour (including safety briefing, equipment and trail ride) will run for approximately 60 minutes
• Guided tasting and grazing platter component will run for approximately 90 minutes

Terms & Conditions:

• All guests must be aged 18+ for this experience and provide a valid ID upon request. Petaluma Wines abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Minimum two guests required to book
• Trail ride experience is provided by Hallmark Farm. Terms and conditions will apply including the signing of a Liability Waiver
• If poor weather is expected, Petaluma may cancel outside experiences, or relocate to a suitable indoor location. Petaluma will advise by email or text message if there are any last-minute changes
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Bookings are fully refundable if the qualified guide is unavailable or the experience is impacted by weather
